At Esenzia, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new fashion piece isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully pack your items in their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring the garments are unworn and in pristine condition.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your portal to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method or issue store credit within 5-7 business days.
